Naturalist
The Darien Nature Center, a popular environmental education
center in Darien Connecticut, is looking for a
knowledgeable, creative and fun-loving naturalist/teacher to
develop and deliver nature discovery programs to the
children and adults in our community.
A state-of-the art facility, diverse animal menagerie,
interesting exhibits quality programs and a dedicated staff
are among our finest assets. As the sole naturalist, the
ideal candidate will hold a masters degree in environmental
education or the life sciences, love the art of teaching and
enjoy working with a variety of people in the community.
This salaried, full-time position includes medical benefits.
